LYDIA PLUMMER-ALLEYNE
With more than 20 years’ experience employed in various managerial and executive roles of 8(a) small and mid-sized firms, The Lydia Mode was created to apply the lessons learned and successes achieved of many growing business ventures. With a Master of Science in Human Resources, Ms. Plummer-Alleyne has served as a Human Resource Director, Program Manager, Operations Manager, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. In these roles, Ms. Plummer has worked with all levels of staff and clients. She has built a strong consensus amongst stakeholders at the project and executive level. She has personally managed federal government contracts in the following agencies:
The Consultants of The Lydia Mode have supported these agencies, as well as the Department of Veteran’s Affairs and Department of Commerce.
